Velez (William Colon) of Puerto Rico, Jose E. Velez (Adelaida) of Puerto Rico, Juan P. Velez (Hermenia) of Puerto Rico and Belfort Velez (Maritiza) of Puerto Rico; and her brother Juan Pablo Lopez. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
