She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Bombard, Jr.; her sons, Joseph S. Bombard and Philip Q. Bombard; her siblings, Edwin J. Caffrey, Thelma Germain, Colwyn D. Caffrey, Norman Caffrey and James G. Caffrey; and her parents, James Caffrey and Ida Caffrey (Sheehan).
She is survived by: her sons, James F. Bombard (Karyl) of Spencer, MA, Mark B. Bombard (Diana) of Hardwick, MA, Robert E. Bombard, III of New Bedford, MA, Matthew C. Bombard (Marikay) of Commerce Township, MI and Andrew J. Bombard of North Hampton, MA; her grandchildren, Ross Bombard of Portland, OR, Kurt Bombard of Spencer, MA, Whitney Mohler (Andrew) of Newburyport, MA, Alex Bombard (Bonnie Thompson) of Worcester, MA, Max Bombard of Worcester, MA, Dr. Matt Bombard (Sarah) of Gobles, MI and Madeline Bombard of Haslett, MI; and her great grandchildren, Selma Bombard, Henry, Charlotte Mohler, Kyler and Sonny Bombard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
