She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Baruch Karp and Inda Kelce Karp; her husband Myron Laipson; her children, Deborah Payne, Ellen Laipson (Henri Barkey) and Adam Laipson (Erin Williams); her grandchildren, Jonathan Payne (Ellen), Sam Payne, Eli Laipson-Williams and Maya Barkey; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Payne and Tessa Payne.
