He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara H. Evans (Glazebrook); and his parent George Evans. He is survived by: his parent Maebel Evans (Hurshman). He is also survived by five sons and two daughters- Blake (Debbie) Glazebrook, B. Roxanne Evans, Quinn (Kathy) Evans, Michael Evans, Dale Evans, Michele (Blaine) Loughead, and Brian (Dawn) Evans; 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
