He was predeceased by: his sister Margaret Calhoun; and his parents, Harold G. Williams and Mary A. Williams (Cove). He is survived by: his significant other Carol Williams (Vartanian) of Leicester; his sons, Mark D. Williams (Michelle) of Paxton, John M. Williams (Kristen) of Falmouth and Paul S. Williams of Leicester; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Brandon, Emily, John and Jessica.
