She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arvid R. Fahlstrom and Helen M. Fahlstrom (Conley); her spouse Raymond K. Parker; her daughters, Pamela J. Cormier (William) of Harleyville, PA and Tamara M. Anthony (Hank) of Bradenton, FL; her grandchildren, Kristin Robinson of Leesburg, VA, Keith Cormier of Millersville, MD, Michael Houlihan of Virginia Beach, VA and Andrew Cormier (John Houlihan) of Kennett Square, PA; and her son Todd R. Parker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hazel's church.
