He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Grace (Barsamian); his son Jon; and his brothers, Paul and Robert Piligian.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Piligian (O'Neil); his children, Brian Piligian of Worcester and Kathleen Kiley of Martha's Vineyard; his sister Marlene Elie of Worcester; and his grandchildren, Travis Lacroix, Nicholas Piligian and Brianna Piligian.
