He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel G. Laperle (Parmenter) and Joseph Laperle; his wife Ann R. Laperle (Hannan); and his children, Cheryl O'Sullivan, Robert J. Laperle, James F. Laperle, Jr. and Patricia I. Laperle (Gilbert).
He is survived by: his children, Janet A. Laperle of Worcester, Dennis J. Laperle (Stacy Jablonski) of Worcester, Robin A. Taher (Akbar) of Boylston, Charles H. Laperle (Melanie) of Brookfield and Monique E. Girard (Shawn) of Worcester; his stepchildren, Paula Wood of Florida, Stuart Vincent (Jackie) of Barre and Eric Vincent (Jeannette) of Auburn; and his pet Annies. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren; 3 brothers in law; 3 sisters in law and nieces and nephews.
