He was predeceased by: his brothers, Richard, Franklin "Scott", David and Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Donna C. Forbes (Gentile); his children, Scott, Timothy Forbes and Vicki; his stepson Anthony Gentile of Auburn; and his pet Katie. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
