He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ruggiere and Ernestine Ruggiere (Albano). He is survived by: his wife Debra Ruggiere (Metcalf); his son Michael C. Ruggiere of Spokane Valley, WA; his granddaughter Alessa Rogers of Post Falls, ID; his siblings, Dominic Ruggiere (Stephanie Ruggiere), Madaline Guerra (Leo Guerra), Theresa Sposato-Michniewicz and Regina Mannella (Fran Mannella); his siblings' children, Dominica Brown (Francis Brown), Lily Ruggiere, Megan, Dominic Sposato, Nicholas Ruggiere, Michael Jamros, Joseph Jamros, Matthew and Scott; his great-niece Alice Brown; his great-nephews, Francis Brown and Alesso Sposato; and his sister-in-law Karen Manduke.
