McDonald, Jr.; his stepson Brent Hazzard (Melinda); his stepgrandchildren, Katie and Ben; his stepson David Hazzard; his stepgrandchildren, Zachary and Nicole; his stepson Brian Hazzard (Belkys); and his stepgrandchildren, Kaitlyn, Lauren, Elena and Keith.
