He was predeceased by: his siblings, Everett, Robert M., John and Brenda; and his parents, Robert Pickens and Dorothy Pickens (Worlds).
He is survived by: his close friend Marilyn Cotton; his siblings, Donna Williams, Norma Brown, Sandra, Tina, Gina, Terrie, Anita Pickens, William of Worcester, Jerry of Worcester and Mark Pickens of Worcester; and his niece Annalayah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
