It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Z. Coutsonikas Jr. (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Eva Coutsonikas and James Coutsonikas Sr.; his siblings, Daniel and Donna Lacey; and his sister-in-law Sharon O'Meara.

He is survived by : his son Timothy; his siblings, Michael, Cheryl O'Meara and Cindy Coutsonikas; and his siblings-in-law, Olive Coutsonikas, Robin Coutsonikas and Richard Lacey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hope Cemetery (119 Webster St, Worcester, MA 01603).
