With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jaroslaw Ciak (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 9, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Jerzy Ciak; his brother Andrej Ciak; his mother Jadwiga Ciak of Worcester; and his brother Piotr Ciak (Ewa). He was also cherished by two nieces and a nephew, all of Leg Stacoscinski, Poland, his aunts, uncles, and many cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions may be made to his family to send Jaroslaw home to Poland to rest peacefully forever with his father and brother.
