She was predeceased by: her father Kevin Harkins. She is survived by: her son Josiah Diaz of Worcester; the father of her child Luis Diaz of Leicester; her mother Mary Jane Simone; her brother Max Simone (Paula Alves); her grandparents, Bartolomeo and Winifred Simone; her aunts, Gina Tangney (Brian) of Worcester, Linda Lawton (Tommy) of Worcester and Christina Chionchio of Worcester; her uncle Tommie Simone (Kim) of Bradenton, FL.; and her sibling's children, Victoria, Alexie and Liam. She is also survived by dog, "Roman"; many close cousins, friends and extended family.
