He was predeceased by: his parent Herman Belanger; and his sister Rita Williams (Donald). He is survived by: his parent Gabrielle Belanger (Henri); his wife Joan; his sons, Kevin (Jean), Keith (Christina) and Sean (Kristen); and his sister-in-law Sandy Williams. He is also survived by six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
