He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Montonari and Mary Montonari (Patti); his wife Antoinette M. Montonari (Papagni); and his children, John Montonari and Gina George.
He is survived by: his son Anthony Montonari (Kelley) of Shrewsbury; his grandchildren, Erica George, Taylor Cullen (Timothy), Anthony Montonari, Jr. and John Michael Montonari; and his great grandchildren, Gina, Zachary and Timothy Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
