He is survived by: his parents, Donalda Rhodes (Denver) and John Fagan; his son Taylor; his siblings, Betty-Jo O'Brien, Kenneth Sulewski, Michelle Weaver, Cami Rhodes Harrar, Brett Fagan and Michael Fagan; his cousin Stanley Duda; and his siblings' children, Jillian O'Brien, Teresa Hine, Kevin O'Brien, Connor O'Brien, Tyler Eddingfield and Matthew Wilson.
