He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda C. Monroe (Hassett); his sisters, Charlotte Halley (Kenneth) of Dudley and Deborah Mirick (James) of South Carolina; his godchildren, Holly, Tyler and Paige; and his parents, John E. Monroe and Doris E. Monroe (LeBlanc). He was also cherished by several nephews and nieces.
