He is survived by: his wife Virginia M. Foley (Cicio); his children, Michael Foley, Chris Foley and Kathleen Masiello; and his sisters, Barbara Butler of Boise, ID and Kathleen Mazour of Vancover, WA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
