He is survived by: his parents, Carlos Acosta and Marcia Rice Acosta; his children, Grace and Theodore "Teddy" Acosta; his wife Courtney; his grandmothers, Elina Acosta and Marlene; his stepgrandfather Edward Crawford; and his sister Katherine "Kat" Acosta (Jay Madani). He is also survived by cousins and friends who were more like siblings, and his in-laws.
