He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Zawielski. He is survived by: his wife Debra L. Zawielski (Hall); his brother Roy Zawielski (Gale Nyberg) of Attleboro; his parent Edith Zawielski (Butkiewicz); and also, Lori Zawielski of Worcester, Brett, Evan, Kyle Zawielski, Ava Bogosian and Diane DesRosiers (Harry) of Attleboro. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
