He is survived by: his parents, Joanne Johnson and Joseph Johnson of Worcester, MA; his brother Matthew Johnson of Pawtucket, RI; his uncle Andrew (Linda Johnson); and his aunts, Susan (Ronald St. Martin), Barbara (Charles Gallegos), Patricia (Alan Skinner) and Donna (Michael Lynch).
