She was predeceased by: her parents, James Simpson and Marie Simpson (Gardella); and her grandson Nathan Gervais. She is survived by: her boyfriend Brent Buckley of Worcester; her children, Heather M. Jones (Jason) of Northampton, Heidi M. Lucier (Brian) of Warren and Steven P. Mercon (Melissa) of Warren; her siblings, James Simpson of Oregon, Robert Simpson (Rachel) of Virginia, Michael Simpson (Maria) of Worcester, Mary Wood (Jack) of Auburn and Katherine Brierly (David) of Virginia; her grandchildren, Matt, Brianna, Symantha, Alyson, Dylon, Amber, Joshua, Gianna and Noah-Jamar; and her great grandchildren, Evan and Mia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
