She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth C. Chin. She is survived by: her children, Robert Chin (Carolyn) of Worcester, Shirley Lyon (Michael) of Lawrence, Lisa Addams (Marshall) of Paxton and Amy Chin of Worcester; her grandchildren, Matthew, Caitlin, William, Rebecca, Thomas and Brian; and her great grandchild Luca. She is also survived by her parents, five siblings and several nieces and nephews.
