He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Carrigan, Robert Carrigan, Donald Carrigan, Ruth Anderson and Barbara Ewig.
He is survived by: his wife Julie M. Carrigan (Reardon); his son-in-law Larry Espinosa of Columbia; his grandchildren, Angela Espinosa of Hackettstown, N. J., Christopher Espinosa of Columbia and Anthony Espinosa of Fort Bragg, N. C.; his daughter Teresa M. Espinosa of Columbia; and his parents, Christopher J. and Ida Carrigan (Johnson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
