He was predeceased by: his siblings, Adam Balcewicz, George Balcewicz, Bronislaw Balcewicz, Stella Balasavich, Nellie Donnell Shea, Rose Arnberg and Edna Foster.
He is survived by: his spouse Eileen Balcewicz (Matejko); his children, Leo Balcewicz, Jr. of Worcester, Eileen Dunn (Richard) of Sacramento, CA, Leona Anderson (Kann) and Stephanie Hicks (James) of Spencer; and his parents, George Balcewicz and Waleri Balcewicz (Walentinowicz). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
