He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George P. Randall and Grace Randall (Merrill); his children, Paul M. Randall of Webster and Craig L. Randall (Jayne) of West Granville; his grandchildren, Kyle and Lydia Randall; and his siblings, Merrill Randall and Ora Osgood. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
