He is survived by: his spouse Ivone R. Silva (Dos Santos); his parents, Gilberto H. and Amara Da Silva (Peixoto); his children, William A. Henrique of Shrewsbury, Andre R. Henrique of Tampa, Fla and Aline C. Henrique of Worcester; his grandchildren, Gustavo of Tampa, Lucas of Tampa, Victoria Henrique of Tampa and Benjamin Henrique of Shrewsbury; and his siblings, Ezequias, Benjamin, Jairo, Lazaro, Lizette, Suzana, Esmeralda, Lidia and Lelia. He is also survived by father, husband and grandfather.
