She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bull and Christine Bull (Freeman); her husband Joseph Harper; her godson Craig S. Bull; her daughter Trozes E. Ketter; and her brother Curtis Bull.
She is survived by: her children, Willie L. Ketter, Charles E. Ketter, Jr., Sonya Ketter-Moore (Regon Moore), Richard S. Ketter, Parrish Timothy "Tim" Ketter and Nerissa Harper; her brother Timothy Bull; her sister-in-law Harriet Bull; and her sister Earline Bull. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and extended family.
