She was predeceased by: her parent Gertrude L. Strew (Flinn); and her sisters, Lydia Bachand and Mary Lou "Betty" Flinn. She is survived by: her children, Tammey Carey of Rochdale, Ronald F. Carey, Jr. (Debbie) of Bristol, CT, Paul C. Carey (Tina) of Millbury and Ernest W. Carey (Jennifer) of Worcester; her siblings, June Ferguson of Jefferson, Marline Nahkala of South Yarmouth, Joan Emmett of South Carolina, Alberta Beggs of Osterville, MA, George Mayo of Phoenix, AR and Clayton Strew of Hyannis; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Samantha, Matthew, Cassandra, Emily and Alexander Carey. She is also survived by her friends, special times with her sisters and her beloved grandchildren.
