He is survived by: his wife Faye A. Walsh; his children, Cheryl M Courtney (James) of Onset, Lu-Ann Hennessy (Dennis) of Cherry Valley, Michael L. Cozzolino (Lisa) of Grafton and Mark F. "Cuz" Cozzolino (Tracy) of Worcester; his siblings, Raymond P. Cozzolino of Worcester and Patricia A. Hickey (Francis) of Auburn; his great grandchild Many; and his siblings, Alfred F, Joseph Cozzolino, Ann D. Reynolds and Irene D. McBride. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
