He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Fantasia (Pinky) and Myrna J. Fantasia. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Fantasia; and his children, Tiffany Fantasia-Bolduc (Cody Bolduc), Chase and Nichole Coyle (Joseph Coyle). He is also survived by many extended family members and beloved friends.
