It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis M. Fazio Jr. (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 3, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Louis F.. He is survived by: his parent Adeline P. Fazio (Fittipaldi); his wife Janet; his children, Anne Haas (Bob), Nancy Lindgren (Gary) and Louis III; his wife Anita Ulloa; his son Frank Fazio (Laurie); his grandchildren, Matthew Haas, Andrew Haas, Janet Haas, Annemarie Haas, Dan Lindgren, Jeff Lindgren, Kristina Lindgren, Analisa Fazio, Shaun Ulloa, Gina Fazio King, Michael Fazio, Elizabeth Fazio and Ashley Fazio; his siblings-in-law, Rose Fazio, Katherine Drumheller, Lenora DeLuca, Robert DeLuca and Richard Deluca (Barbara); and his siblings, Francis C. Fazio, Theresa Pezzella and Margaret Genese.
