She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McCarthy and Alice McCarthy (Skerrett); her husband John J. O'Connor; and her siblings, Stephen McCarthy and Kathleen Tomaiolo.
She is survived by: her son Andrew O'Connor (Joanne); her grandson Sonny of Brooklyn; and her siblings, Rosemary Welch of Lancaster, Charles of Worcester and Mark McCarthy of Worcester. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ the King Church.
