She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Slavin and Dora Slavin; her husband Leon A. Levenson; her brother Gerald Slavin; and her son Alan Levenson.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. Stanley Levenson (Debi) and Linda Hall (Daryl); and her grandchildren, Adam Levenson, Jeremy Levenson (Ali), Danielle and Caroline Kent.
