He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Danella "Pennie" Baum (Mandell); his children, Dr. Alfred Baum (Marcia) of Plymouth, MA, Samuel Baum of San Diego and Faith Baum (Sue Becker) of Maplewood, NJ; his sister Claire Moses of Chicago; his son Alan Michael Baum; and his parents, Samuel Baum and Adele Baum (Gerstein). He was also cherished by six grandchildren and one great grandson.
