She was predeceased by: her husband John Botelho; and her brother Anthony Rapoza (Connie). She is survived by: her children, Stacey Dixey (Christopher) and Shannon Perry (Paul Hopkins); and her siblings, Cheryl Ann James (Alan Freeman), Donna Pereira (Stephen), Karen Bergeron (Richard), Susan Diadato (Qais), Tracy Anabel (Michael), John Diaz Jr. (Patrick Carmichael), Robert Diaz, Frederick Russell, Richard Diaz and Edward Diaz. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
