She was predeceased by: her son Richard St. Germaine; her siblings, Joseph J. O'Sullivan, Anne Hickey, Patricia Moriarty and Maureen Noel; and her parents, Patrick J. O'Sullivan and Margaret M. O'Sullivan (King).
She is survived by: her daughter Nichole Robillard of Auburn; and her sisters, Kathleen Duggan of Leicester and Carole Davis of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
