He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel Cyronak; and his sibling Marion Polaski. He is survived by: his spouse Catherine D.; his parent Helen Cyronak Kalafarski (Dziekiewicz); and his brothers, Daniel Cyronak (Ellen) of Warwick, RI and Robert Cyronak of Worcester, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
