He was predeceased by: his brother William Kablack; and his parents, Michael Kablack and Mary Kablack (Pawluk). He is survived by: his children, Mark Kablack (Jody) of New Braintree, MA, Kris Kablack (Lisa) of Briarcliff Manor, NY, Kara Kablack (Steve Vitarbo) of Peekskill, NY and Kerry Kablack of Montpelier, VA; his sister Mary Ann McPoil (Thomas) of Arvada, CO; his sister-in-law Sue Kablack of Hamilton, NY; and his grandchildren, Justine, Brianna, Kaitlin, August and Willow.
