It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olivia M. Chafetz (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 1, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlando Nozzolillo and Antoinette Nozzolillo (DiRienzo). She is survived by: her brothers, Steven Nozzolillo (Gina) and David Nozzolillo; her nieces and nephews, Marc, Britni, Heidi, Stacey and Todd; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Thalia and Alario; and her pet Oliver.
