He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Carbonneau and Marie Carbonneau (Lavigne); his brother Donald; and his stepchildren, Armand Derosier and Christine Budzinski.
He is survived by: his children, John Carbonneau (Sherri) of Charlton, Edward Carbonneau (Kristen) of Worcester, Lisa Greene (Steven) of Shrewsbury and Amy Letourneau (Stephen) of Worcester; his stepchildren, Barbara A. Burbo (Torry Prospere), Linda Sciammacco of Worcester, Cynthia Pastor (Jimmy) of Connecticut, Darlene Dalbec of Worcester, Lori Burbo of Florida, Angela Manseau of Worcester and Steven P. Derosier of Worcester; and his brothers, John Carbonneau (Joy) of Worcester and Richard Carbonneau (Paul) of Merrimack. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
