We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2020, at the age of 85, Patricia M. Bonczyk of Worcester, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia M. Bonczyk to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward F. Bonczyk; and her parents, Albert Fortin and Helen Fortin (Butler). She is survived by: her children, Scott K. Bonczyk of Worcester, Stephan E. Bonczyk (Audrey) of Worcester, Paul F. Bonczyk (Aileen) of Worcester and Maria H. Corrigan (Brian) of Holden; her brothers, James Fortin and John Fortin; her grandchildren, James, Paul, Steffany, Rebecca, Nicholas, Amanda and Austin; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Joella, London, Philip and Lukas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours, as a precaution for the health of everyone, due to the current pandemic. *In accordance with current health regulations, social distancing practices and the use of a face mask will be required at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Vincent de Paul at Our Lady of Lourdes Church 1290 Grafton Street, Worcester, MA 01604.
