She is survived by: her parent Florence Hess (Painchaud); her daughters, Lisa Sutliff (Steve) of West Springfield, Pauline Mallett (Thomas) of West Springfield and Bonnie Goldberg (Edward) of West Springfield; and her siblings, Roderick Hess, Gustave Hess, Michael Hess, Gerald Hess and Tina Pong. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
