He was predeceased by: his father George A. Boudreau. He is survived by: his son Justin P. Boudreau (Aleksandra) of Sarasota, FL; his grandsons, Ethan and Noah; his mother Joan A. Boudreau (Cournoyer) of Worcester; and his siblings, George E. Boudreau of Hamden, MA, Gerald A. Boudreau of West Boylston, Susan J. Sangenario of Worcester, Marie L. Hultquist of Worcester, Doris M. Boudreau of Worcester and Gerry. He is also survived by aunt, several cousins, many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to The Charlene Ann Foundation, P.O. Box 608, Boylston, MA 01505; a breast cancer foundation with the goal of taking the financial burden away from families, named in honor of his niece, who valiantly fought this disease.
