He was predeceased by: his parent Paul N. Brooks. He is survived by: his parent Mary Brooks (Spadea); his wife Susan Brooks (Beaudette); his child Philip E. Brooks, Jr.; his siblings, Steve Brooks (Susan) of Cherry Valley, Shirley Perron (Robert) of Leicester and Marilyn Lamprey; and his grandchildren, Jaylynn, Lilliana of Gardner, Brooke, Gavin Belhumeur of Millbury and Hailey Brooks of Rutland.
