He is survived by: his children, Joshua Katz (Katherine) of Washington, DC, Jacob Katz of Worcester and Sarah Katz (Kevin Feyjoo) of Worcester; his siblings, Sharon Freeman and Jack Katz; his granddaughters, Olivia Katz and Ella Katz; and his parents, Samuel Katz and Irene Katz (Aronovsky).
