He was predeceased by: his parents, Philippe W. Picard and Micheline Picard (Boucher). He is survived by: his sister Deborah Picard of Worcester; his grandparents, Raymond, Elaine Boucher (Blondin) of Grafton, Joel and Mary Picard (O'Connor) of Bethel, Vermont; his stepfather Bruce E. LaBoffa of Worcester; his stepsiblings, Jodi LaBoffa of Worcester and Mark LaBoffa of Rutland; and his godmother Nicole Taylor of Grafton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and a niece.
