He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Rowe and Rita M. Rowe (Archambeault). He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Condrate of South Carolina and Nancy Condrate of Charlton. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
